APM's culture is distinguished by a team of people that embrace the exploration of new ideas for the benefit of improvement and advancement. Industry leadership is more about people than it is about technology. While technology is an important tool, it is simply an effective tool we employ to creatively design new products.

At APM we have cultivated a way of thinking, a way of looking at everything from differing points of view. We practice what works, yet we question conventional thinking and processes every day. This leads to new ideas and new ideas lead to new ways of doing business.

A great example of such thinking led APM to deviate from the 40-year-old traditional rack manufacturing system and conventional mold process. Instead, we committed to a Hasco unwinding mold system, distinguished by the incorporation of a stripper system for ejection. At the time the unwinding system was yet to be proven. Today, we have proven it affords a clean, compact and low maintenance manufacturing system with low cycle time and a high degree of control.

APM also takes an innovative approach to customer service. We are one of the few manufacturers to assist customers with solving problems beyond the delivery of our products. We have helped customers improve assembly line and packaging processes, and even designed specialized customer premise equipment.
