Every product design includes a detailed assessment of material requirements, as color, product characteristics and manufacturing rigor are considered.

Keying on customer requirements, APM will select or design polymers for precise color requirements and product durability. We also select polymers based on manufacturing process to ensure that material requirements and quality standards are maintained through the manufacturing process, and desired product characteristics are sustained from melt to market.

Another critical factor in managing product quality and control is resin purity. In the manufacture of every APM product, no regrind or recycled resin products are used, and only a single heat history for all resins is employed. Resin quality, a controlled manufacturing process and precision tooling afford APM with absolute control of product performance in fit, durability and strength.
